We recognise that for most clients the most important people in our organisation are the home care workers with whom service users will have regular contact, and so we take great care in selecting our staff and undergo vast training programmes.
We personally interview all staff, and always obtain two written references and ensure carers are trained in Moving and Handling, Personal Care, Food Hygiene and First Aid. All carers undergo an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Check before they commence care.
Our office is managed personally by the Partners, as well as a Training officer and administration staff who are all on hand to your need..
To ensure we supply care to your needs, One of our senior managers will visit you before your care begins, to listen to your wishes and compile an individual care plan, detailing all personal care needs and other duties to be performed. A risk assessment will be carried out on the property, ensuring a safe working environment. Your care needs will then be matched with the skills of an experienced carer, taking into account shared interests and personalities. We pride ourselves on taking great care in selecting the right carer to meet your individual needs.
Once care is in place we will continue to give support to both clients and carers by regular updates and regular visits.
Clients can fund their care privately, or if unable to do so, financial assistance from Social Services or other agencies may be available.
